Build a people-first, compliance-strong operation that keeps a high-velocity industrial site running smoothly. You’ll blend strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution to champion the full employee lifecycle, safety, and administrative excellence.

Outcomes You’ll Drive

  • Talent engine humming: candidates sourced, hired, onboarded, and offboarded with precision—records complete and current
  • Flawless people data: attendance, payroll inputs, benefits updates, and HRIS accuracy (ADP experience preferred)
  • Performance clarity: reviews, coaching tools, and policy updates implemented and adopted
  • Healthy culture: timely, fair resolution of employee relations matters; trust and engagement strengthened
  • Safety and compliance: orientations, compliance trainings, and OSHA-aligned initiatives delivered; Texas labor law adherence ensured
  • Strategic partnership: workforce plans and organizational development shaped with site and executive leadership
  • Operational backbone: office administration, vendor management, and supply logistics handled end-to-end
  • Data stewardship: confidential information protected and documentation executed professionally

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience within U.S. organizations; manufacturing/industrial/operations background preferred
  • Deep familiarity with Texas employment laws and HR compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HR systems; ADP strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of OSHA requirements in factory or manufacturing settings
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational chops; proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management platforms
  • Bilingual ability is advantageous but not mandatory

Preferred Background

  • Direct support of manufacturing or plant operations
  • Comfort partnering across operations, production, and leadership teams
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver who enjoys being hands-on
