    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
    • Design and implement People programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and solutions.
    • Manage complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
    • Coach and advise employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and legislation.

    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company.
    • Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity).
    • Proven experience supporting management and providing HR guidance.
    • Working knowledge of employment laws and legislation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to interpret HR analytics and translate data into actionable insights.

    Nice-to-Have

    • Masters degree or MBA.
    • Experience in the engineering or financial services industry.
    • Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
