We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner located in our downtown SLC, UT office.

Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's in human resources, Business or a related field and 2+ years of experience in employee relations, employee retention, human resource process and procedures, unemployment, workers compensation, FMLA, local, state and federal laws and requirements or other directly related experience.
Experience with organizational development and change management projects preferred.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Supervisory or Leadership experience preferred.
Working knowledge of HR practices, principles, applications, methods, and laws.
Ability to multi-task across multiple Human Resource disciplines.
Flexible, team-player able to adapt to changing priorities.
Solid presentation, conflict resolution, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service, influence and negotiation skills.
Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations.
Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people.
Ability to work with highly confidential information daily.
Possess strong initiative, follow-up, feedback and timely decision-making skills.
Ability to supervise or lead lower-level HR staff.
Ability to champion HR programs despite resistance.
Strong MS Office and HRIS skills required.
