What You’ll Do
Recruit and onboardManage the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Support people and performanceProvide employee relations guidance, performance coaching, and return-to-work support
Champion complianceAdminister leave programs (FMLA, HFLL, TDI, STD, LTD), support drug-testing protocols, and ensure policy compliance
Develop talentCoordinate training and development initiatives aligned with workforce planning and employee growth
Be a trusted advisorProvide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees, reinforcing a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability
Analyze and improveUse HR data and insights to monitor trends and continuously refine programs
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience across employee relations and core HR disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Hawaii State labor laws and employment regulations
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- SHRM-CP/SCP (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Experience supporting retail or operational environments is highly desirable

Compensation
Compensation is determined individually based on the experience and qualifications each candidate brings to the role. The expected salary range for this position is
$80,000–$105,000 annually. This range is not a guarantee of a specific salary; final compensation may vary based on education, experience, certifications, budget approval, and other job-related factors.
