Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate and compliant HR records
  • Administer payroll in coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Guide managers and employees regarding company policies, performance management, and employee relations matters
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
