As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and enabling business success for your supported business unit. You will partner closely with leaders, supervisors, and employees to drive people strategies that support performance, engagement, and organizational growth. This is a highly collaborative role where you will influence leadership decisions, strengthen culture, and ensure HR practices are aligned with business objectives.

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving processes, supporting talent development, and serving as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles

  • Support employee relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, and issue resolution

  • Assist with performance management processes including reviews and development planning

  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and employee development sessions as needed

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws

  • Participate in operational and leadership meetings to provide HR guidance and insights

  • Champion HR programs and drive adoption across the business unit

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support organizational improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A HR BUSINESS PARTNER II

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A HR BUSINESS PARTNER III

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

SOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Minimal travel required

  • Role supports both hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing or operations environment

  • This is a business-facing HR role with high visibility to leadership teams

  • Success requires strong prioritization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • As we operate on three shifts, the individual in this role will need to be flexible and available from time to time to work with our 3rd shift team members.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
