Job Duties
The Human Resource Business Partner provides support to the Customer Service Management Administration (CSMA) and Law Enforcement districts across various HR functions and serves as the primary liaison between management, employees, and the HR department, providing comprehensive support across all aspects of human resources.

This role requires strong knowledge of HR and employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance throughout all employee lifecycle activities.
This is one position providing HR Business Partner services to both the Northern Virginia region and the Staunton District (northwest Virginia). The work location will be determined after selection and assigned to either the Chantilly, Virginia office or the Harrisonburg, Virginia office based on which is closer to the selected candidate"s home. The applicable hiring range will be determined accordingly.
