We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on workplace matters, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Support performance management and coach managers on feedback and development.
  • Partner with recruiting to align hiring strategies with business needs and culture.
  • Lead change management and design scalable HR policies for rapid growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and apply AI tools to enhance HR operations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and stay updated on labor trends.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.


  • Requirements: Minimum 8 years HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and laws, excellent communication, and interest in technology. Bachelor's degree required, SPHR certification preferred.
