Partnering with senior leaders, you will drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives, use HR analytics to inform decisions, and ensure inclusion and succession planning.
This role requires strong collaboration across HR and business functions, supporting transformation and change management.
Onsite Tuesday-Thursday at new Boston HQ (or interim locations).
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience in consumer products or entertainment industries preferred, and excellent relationship, communication, and strategic skills.
Salary range: $147,600 - $221,400.
