Overview:
Make an impact at Lutron’s corporate headquarters in Coopersburg, PA as an experienced, detail-oriented Human Resources professional. As an HR Business Partner, you will navigate a dynamic, matrixed environment while supporting employees across multiple corporate functions. You will drive meaningful business outcomes by delivering high-impact HR programs and initiatives, and by partnering closely with business and HR leadership to shape and execute people strategies.
Your work will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain talent ensuring the organization is positioned to meet both current priorities and future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate needs and shape people strategies that drive business outcomes, applying a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Identify and advance key people priorities that strengthen organizational effectiveness and performance
- Lead the execution of HR programs, ensuring alignment with culture, strategy, and operational goals
- Advise and coach leaders on performance management, including feedback, employee development, and complex employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment in multifaceted situations involving multiple stakeholders
- Drive talent development efforts that build organizational capability and support career growth
- Implement retention initiatives that improve engagement and reduce turnover
- Design workforce planning approaches that optimize team structure, skills, and capacity
- Influence stakeholders through clear, concise communication and data-driven insights
- Support talent acquisition by guiding selection processes and ensuring strong hiring outcomes
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through effective coordination with cross-functional partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR10 years of professional experience post academics
- Minimum of seven years experience as an HR Business Partner
- HR certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP)
