Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner / Change Management Partner - Transformation & Agile Enablement for their Dublin, OH/Remote location.

  • Support business transformation initiatives by partnering with change leaders to provide guidance on stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and adoption strategies.
  • Lead change management for enterprise agile transformation, designing strategies to embed agile values and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to align change efforts with broader people strategies and support leaders and managers through coaching and toolkits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive change efforts and participate in governance forums.
  • Require 8+ years of change management/HR experience, knowledge of methodologies like ADKAR, and strong leadership influence skills.
  • Preferred experience includes supporting agile transformations and familiarity with frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
  • Ideal candidates possess strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to evolving environments.
