Job SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted partner and consultant to business leaders supporting HR strategies in support of business objectives. Provides HR guidance related to all phases of the employment life cycle including but not limited to employment law policies and procedures employee relations employee engagement performance management succession planning organizational design and safety. Builds and fosters strong working relationships with leadership and the HR organization providing coaching and guidance to influence people outcomes and seeking new ways to best support the business key people initiatives.

Job ResponsibilitiesPartner and collaborate with respective functional business leaders to understand and align with the Companys goals and implement key HR strategies and processes in support of business objectives.

Establish credible trusting work relationships with business areas and provide guidance to employees and leaders in the development and implementation of HR solutions.

Partner and collaborate with HR service centers to deliver various initiatives across learning and development benefits compensation employee communications and organizational development.

Consult with employees and leaders to support and resolve employee relations issues. Escalates highly complex employee relations issues to management.

Support employee engagement surveys and the implementation of HR solutions to improve the employee experience.

Partner with business leaders to identify staffing and recruiting needs effectively supporting key strategic and operational talent initiatives of assigned business groups

Partner with HR Specialists to support overall maintenance of employee data in the HRMS including processing employee records accurately and accordance with process guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices to support a strong compliance culture. Work with leadership to effectively implement changes to policy practice andor resources.

Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics to provide insights that guide decision making and provide proactive HR solutions.

Support workers compensation reporting internal investigations benefits administration safety practices and work conditions.

Work with regional HR partners to support global strategy and execution including collaboration with global mobility partners to support international transfers.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with leadership to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal compliance risk business continuity and administrative policy within the role and departments including the timely completion of training & awareness affirmations and testing as requested.

As part of the responsibilities for this role you will understand and readily support Envestnets established corporate business practices policies internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required QualificationsBachelors degree3 - 5 years of experience applying strong HR knowledge and skills in a pragmatic and thoughtful mannerDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the businessDemonstrates project management and change management experienceEffective communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates empathy and experience fostering an inclusive workplaceExperience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive action with strong Excel skills

Preferred QualificationsPHR or SHRM-CP certificationGlobal Human Resources experienceWorkday experienceHR experience in a financial services or technology company strongly preferred
