POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultant to leaders and associates on human resource (HR) issues. The HRBP will act as an associate champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The Human Resources Business Partner communicates needs proactively with our Human Resources department and Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) leaders, the seeks to develop integrated solutions. The Human Resources Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The Human Resources Business Partner provides excellent customer support through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
