The HR Business Partner will support a large employee population within a global, matrixed company. The role owns the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through performance, and employee relations, while also advising executives and influencing strategy.
This position reports to the Tempe, AZ site five days a week. 30% travel is REQUIRED.
Candidates must have HRBP experience in a large organization as well as people management experience. Union experience is highly preferred.

This HR Business Partner will play a highly visible and impactful role supporting a complex, high-volume operation of roughly 800 employees across multiple functions. The core of the employee population is within a large call center environment, however the HRBP will also support a 300-person field organization across West Coast. This creates a dynamic employee base spanning hourly and salaried populations, operational and corporate functions, and both centralized and distributed teams.
This is a true end-to-end HRBP role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The individual will be deeply embedded in the business, driving initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding through engagement, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding.Description
