Document reference checks and maintain compliance with employment verification processes. Prepare and facilitate new hire orientation sessions. Manage applicant scheduling for orientation and monitor attendance reporting. Source and review resumes screen applications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers. Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Complete pre-employment steps such as reference checks and background screenings. Track probationary periods and communicate seniority status to management. Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrate initiative sound judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism tact and strong interpersonal skills. Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.This is a Part Time Onsite Role - Monday to Friday - 2 hours a Day - AM onlyThe Ideal candidate will have experience with Readingand understand safety and procedure documents. Write simple reports and emails. Speak clearly to groups and individuals. Calculate percentages discounts and basic figures. Understand basic algebra and geometry. Intermediate skills in Word and Excel. Experience with databases.
