Previous HR Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or administrative support experience. Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management. Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Higher education or university experience is a plus.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Process employee information and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system. Assist with employment documentation and personnel file management. Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support. Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of required paperwork. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and university departments. Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
