HR Specialist / Front Desk Operations

Our client in the Saratoga Springs, NY area is seeking an organized and professional HR Specialist / Front Desk Operations team member to support both human resources and administrative functions. Responsibilities of the HR Specialist / Front Desk Operations will include:

  • Greet visitors, employees, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources and office leadership
  • Assist with onboarding activitiesemployee documentation, and personnel records management

  • Assist with employee events, training activities, and HR initiatives
  • Maintain office supplies and support general office operations

Qualifications for the role of HR Specialist / Front Desk Operations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, human resources, reception, or office operations preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
