HR Assistant

Pay: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMJob Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Process new hire and employment-related paperwork
• Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
• Assist with timekeeping and other HR administrative tasks
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other HR documents
• Answer phones, manage emails, and perform general office duties
• Support additional HR projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous HR, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• HRIS or payroll experience is a plus
