We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. This role will support key HR functions including employee relations, workers' compensation, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managers
Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns
Manage and track workers' compensation claims, documentation, and communication
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support additional HR initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
1–2 years of HR experience required
Experience with employee relations and workers' compensation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
