Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Contractor to support the Human Resource staff with administrative duties in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities including file creation, maintenance, and retention in addition to mailing, shipping, and errands.
- Prioritize daily routines and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience.
- 2 years of administrative support, customer service, HR and/or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
