What Youll Do:- Provide daily HR administrative support, including maintaining personnel files and processing documentation.
- Assist with recruiting tasks: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks.
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with benefits and payroll-related paperwork.
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employees.
- Help keep HR operations organized and running smoothly.
What You Bring:- 13 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and HR systems (or willingness to learn).
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, not a requirement.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first attitude.
