Job Summary
In this newly designed role, you will play a pivotal onsite role in providing a welcoming environment, recruiting and onboarding processes, records and compliance management, and other complex administrative functions while collaborating with multiple customer groups. As the HR Assistant, you will ensure prompt, efficient, and professional responses to employee inquiries. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will receive functional direction from multiple individuals, and will support the HR team in providing the highest level of customer service to all School of Kinesiology constituents.
