The HR Analyst Classification, Compensation & Leave plays a key role in supporting our workforce through the administration of classification reviews, compensation structures, leave administration programs, etc. This position ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements while promoting fairness and transparency in their assigned areas.
