Human Resources Administrator
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day HR support. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and confidentiality, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data within the HRIS/ERP system, including data entry, audits, and record updates.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, demographics, compliance, and audit reporting.
  • Manage and maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements.
  • Process employment verification requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the HR shared inbox, escalating or redirecting as needed.
  • Administer employee recognition and service award programs.
  • Track and maintain company vehicle insurance documentation and compliance records.
  • Complete Form I-9 verification and E-Verify processing for new hires.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing, collecting, and maintaining required documentation.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure employee records and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper personnel records to ensure accessibility and data integrity.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting employee onboarding, records management, compliance, and reporting preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
