Human Resources Administrator
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day HR support. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data within the HRIS/ERP system, including data entry, audits, and record updates.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, demographics, compliance, and audit reporting.
- Manage and maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements.
- Process employment verification requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the HR shared inbox, escalating or redirecting as needed.
- Administer employee recognition and service award programs.
- Track and maintain company vehicle insurance documentation and compliance records.
- Complete Form I-9 verification and E-Verify processing for new hires.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing, collecting, and maintaining required documentation.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure employee records and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper personnel records to ensure accessibility and data integrity.
- Respond to employee questions and provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience.
- Experience supporting employee onboarding, records management, compliance, and reporting preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
