HR Administrator The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions in a small company environment. This role focuses on payroll processing, 401(k) and benefits administration, recruiting support, and oversight of administrative office personnel. The ideal candidate has a high standard of ethics, is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple HR functions with accuracy and confidentiality.
