As demand accelerates, we are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of estimating, accounting, and operational support.
Position Overview
S2A Modular is seeking a dependable, organized, and bilingual HR / Administrative Coordinator to support daily office and employee operations at our Patterson, California facility. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and management while assisting with HR administration, onboarding, employee records, and general office responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources & Employee Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records
- Support employee benefit enrollment and provide basic benefits explanations
- Help ensure employee handbook policies and documents remain current and updated
- Assist management with HR-related administrative tasks and employee communications
- Support recruiting coordination and potential employee interactions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information
- Administrative Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Open, sort, distribute, copy, scan, and email plant mail and documents
- Assist with filing, data entry, scheduling, and office organization
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by management
- Coordinate internal paperwork and documentation between departments
- Maintain office supplies and general administrative support functions
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous HR, administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and basic office systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus
This position is based onsite at the S2A Modular manufacturing facility in Patterson and requires regular interaction with employees, management, and visitors in both office and plant settings.
