Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must provide extensive customer service with courtesy and concerned attention to individual needs. Must create and maintain an environment that creates a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and student success. Will provide direct assistance to accommodate client needs, so must be able to deal with diverse populations. Will be required to learn adaptive technology as needed for testing special needs students. Must be able to follow procedures and control testing environment. Highest level of accuracy required. May handle information regarding guarded access, including by not limited to student records, grade rosters, personnel files, etc. Must be able to deal with multiple tasks at one time.
Supervision
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Dean of Health & Public Services or designee. SUPERVISION GIVEN: May provide directions and assignments to part-time staff as assigned.
Job Function
FUNCTION: Coordinate activities related to the HESI Assessment and HESI ADN/PN program testing utilized by Health & Public Services.
Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university OR equivalent professional experiences in test proctoring and administration.
Qualifications
1-2 years' experience in proctoring standardized testing and 2 or more years of administrative experience preferred.
