Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred.QualificationsYour experienceStellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2020.Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000.
