Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 / year
  • Housing: Eligible for subsidized colleague housing — 50% off a studio apartment (approx. $800/month)

Role Overview
Sits within the Human Resources department and manages the resort's colleague accommodation operation — housing, facilities, and team member living standards — ensuring all spaces and services are maintained to a professional standard. Works closely with HR, Engineering, and Security to keep accommodation safe, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Key Deliverables

  • Facility standards — maintain living standards, cleanliness, and upkeep of accommodation public areas, staff rooms, and common facilities through daily inspections
  • Maintenance coordination — log and track maintenance requests with Engineering; oversee chemical/cleaning supply ordering
  • Room & arrival management — manage daily room allocations against arrival/departure lists and ensure new team members' rooms meet standards
  • Security & access control — coordinate with Security on accommodation safety, incident response, and authorized access
  • Reporting — track monthly utility consumption and provide progress reports to HR and Engineering leadership
  • HR & engagement support — assist with HR-related duties, organize team events, and attend HR briefings/meetings
  • Compliance — uphold health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures across accommodation facilities

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Solid administrative and computer literacy, particularly MS Office
  • Comfortable in a multi-tasking, team-oriented role
