#26-48 Housing Development Manager ADMIN/CCHDC, Full Time, Oahu The Housing Development Manager (Housing Manager) is responsible for assisting the Executive Director with managing the full lifecycle management of the Corporations affordable housing portfolio and pipeline pursuits, from project conception and financing through construction completion, stabilization, and long -term asset performance. This role is critical to ensure housing projects are successfully delivered and sustained as financially sound, operationally efficient, and fully compliant throughout their affordability periods. The Housing Development Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the organizations Core Values of dignity, compassion, social justice, and a commitment to excellence in al l aspects of daily work. The Housing Manager leads development of affordable housing and structuring complex capital schemes that may include LIHTC program financing, private debt, state gap financing (RHRF), housing grants from the federal, state, or county grants, private foundation grants, and local tax incentives. Acting as lead contract administrator, the Manager coordinates syndicators, lenders and funders, design professionals, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all funding and regulatory requirements. EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Construction Management. Three or more years of experience in multi -family housing development. Direct experience with LIHTC Syndication and an understanding of the RHRF and DURF funding mechanisms. EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Credit Check, Hawaii State Criminal Check, Drivers License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault I nsurance, Education Verification.
