Summary/Objective
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for providing best practices in case management to Veteran households enrolled through Shallow Subsidies - Supportive Services for Veteran Families.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment and a mobile-office setting when traveling to meet Veterans needs and perform outreach activities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position typically makes use of office and personal communication equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Occasional work outside of normal office hours may be occasionally required.
Travel
Traveling to various communities to perform Veterans outreach actions will be necessary for this position.
