Role Overview:
Collaborate with clients, housing team, and community providers to provide housing resources, assist with housing applications and program paperwork and routine reporting. Assist individuals through the intake/move-in process. Complete scheduled unit inspections. Support property management. Attend agency and community meetings and promote programs to teams and in the community. Meet with clients weekly or as needed, assisting them in forming a housing stability plan and documenting progress. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements and items needed for daily functioning, health and safety. Coordinate activities with team members, clients, and community service providers. Keep accurate and complete financial and housing records.

Pay Range: $23.98 - $30.73 per hour
