The Neighborhoods Department is actively seeking a Housing Assistant Administrator.

This position reports to the Housing & Community Development Administrator at the managerial level in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and directing contract compliance and other activities in the administration of Federal and State programs for construction, rehabilitation, and homeownership assistance. This is advanced technical work in coordinating and evaluating the design and construction of roofing systems, renovation, and alteration projects for the correction and abatement of property safety code violations.

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred or an Associates degree with two of the following certifications: AutoCAD Foundations or Drafting Techniques or Federal Alliance for Safe Home or Lead Inspector or Risk Assessor is preferred.
