DePauw University is a private, residential, liberal arts campus of 1700 students. The Housing and Residence Life Coordinator will participate as a member of the Housing and Residence Life team, whose primary purpose is to implement the guiding principles of how students live at DePauw University. This position is responsible for supporting the mission of the University, the Division of Student Affairs and the goals of the department. The Housing and Residence Life Coordinator position is a full-time, live-in appointment responsible for providing departmental support and project facilitation in the areas of supervision, administration, and community support. The primary purpose of this position is to intentionally interact with students to assess and meet student needs in multiple residential living environments, participating in educational and leadership development of student staff, as well as supporting and collaborating with other departments within and outside of the Division of Student Affairs to provide comprehensive service to students. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life and Associate Dean of Students/Director of Housing and Residence Life.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree in College
Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling, or related field preferred.
Experience: Experience working in housing and residence life is preferred.

Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Applications.
