Position Overview
This position supports the Mission, Values, and Vision of Carolina Family Health Centers Inc. The Housekeeping Technician at Harvest Family Health Center is responsible for providing housekeeping maintenance for the center by ensuring the facility is clean and well maintained. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
THIS POSITION OFFERS A 20-HOUR WORKWEEK, NO WEEKENDS, PAID TIME OFF, 12 PAID HOLIDAYS BI-WEEKLY PAY.
Essential Tasks
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. • Gather and empty trash. • Service clean and supply restrooms. • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, vents, ceiling vents. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. • Clean baseboards, walls, and ceilings.
Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of similar work experience. Customer service and communication skills.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (4-hour shift), day shift Thursday: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm (4-hour shift), evening shift
Physical Requirements
Individuals may need to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional bending, stooping, lifting, including of patients, reaching forwards, and overhead. Possibly requires walking primarily on a level service for periods throughout the day. Both proper lifting techniques and frequent computer work are required. Must be able to travel freely in the local area between clinics, hospitals, health departments, etc.

Base Pay Overview
