Housekeeping Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations within our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a dependable leader with prior healthcare housekeeping experience who can maintain high cleanliness standards and support infection control practices throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas meet sanitation standards
• Monitor infection control procedures and maintain survey readiness
• Conduct inspections and address environmental concerns promptly
• Manage supplies and support daily department operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in healthcare or skilled nursing required
• Knowledge of infection control and healthcare cleaning standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
