Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Lead and support a dedicated housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service • Maintain high standards while adapting to evolving brand expectations • Train, coach, and motivate staff through a period of transformation • Collaborate with management during renovations to ensure smooth operations • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure top-tier quality • Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience (hotel experience preferred) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • A positive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in a changing environment • Leadership skills with a hands-on approach • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly DOE
