Responsibilities for the Hotel Housekeeping Inspector include
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
  • Verify that housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand policies
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
  • Ensure rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies
  • Conduct daily quality checks and maintain inspection records or reports
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and on-the-job training to housekeeping team members
  • Monitor staff performance and assist with scheduling or task assignments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room readiness
  • Handle guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness in a professional manner
  • Support inventory control for linens, supplies, and equipment

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Housekeeping Inspector includes:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends & holidays
