Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general tidying tasks
- Remove trash and ensure waste is disposed of properly
- Inspect areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- Support special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
