Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and presentation standards throughout the sports complex, including lodging areas and high-traffic athletic spaces. This role ensures that all public and operational areas are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready to support a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for athletes, visitors, and staff.

· Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all assigned areas of the facility.
· Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces including counters, railings, door handles, fitness equipment, and seating areas.
· Service and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked at all times.
· Clean and prepare lodging rooms and common lodging areas according to facility standards.
· Maintain gym floors, and athletic spaces in safe, clean condition before, during, and after events.
· Clean meeting rooms, event rooms, and offices, including furniture, floors, and equipment surfaces.
· Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in all public and operational spaces.
· Clean elevators, glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows.
· Remove trash and recycling from all areas and transport to designated disposal locations.
· Monitor facility areas for hazards and report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
· Restock supplies such as paper goods, soap, linens, and cleaning materials.
· Assist with room setups and breakdowns for events as required.
· Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition.
· Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
· Support special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating shifts as required.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous housekeeping, custodial, or facilities experience preferred.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
