This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director. The shift will be Sunday through Thursday from 11am - 7pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Housekeeping services to our residents in their apartments by completing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
- Keep shared community areas clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
- Handle and store all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Report any maintenance and safety issues immediately
- Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience preferred
- Dependable and responsible
- Ability to communicate and engage with residents
- Able to stand for long period
- Able to lift or carry weight in up to 50lbs
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
