Administrative And Clerical Support

Purpose Of Job: Responsible for providing exceptional administrative and clerical related duties in an effort to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls and placing outside calls as required
  • Reviews work orders and assigns accordingly
  • Contacts residents for housekeeping needs
  • Type letters and various other correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • High school diploma required with some college desirable
  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience performing data entry
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated experience multi-tasking
  • Must be detail oriented and possess solid organizational skills
  • Possess a professional demeanor with excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, a plus
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
  • Exhibit personal and professional integrity and be self-motivated
  • Must be flexible regarding work assignments and able to learn quickly and work independently
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service
  • Able to prioritize tasks in this fast-paced environment

Environmental, Physical, And Other Conditions:

  • Work is performed indoors within climate-controlled conditions
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to push, pull & lift up to 25 pounds
  • Occasional lifting and transfers of loads of less than 30 pounds
  • Professional business casual attire is required
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Possess valid Texas Driver's license to enter facility
  • Must pass pre-employment requirements (criminal background check, drug screening, etc.) in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
