Position Title: Housekeeper (Female)
Location: Winter Park FL
Schedule: 40hr a week every Other Sunday Required
Additional shifts may be assigned based on facility needs
Job Summary
Westminster Community Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Female Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and designated facility spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude while interacting with residents and staff
Support housekeeping team with additional duties when required
Requirements
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
Must be available to work every other Sunday
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience working in community centers, healthcare, hospitality, or residential facilities preferred
