Housekeeper - Spruce Run Apartments

We currently have a unique opening for a positive and dependable housekeeper who will also receive training to assist in the Leasing Office.

Housekeeping responsibilities include:

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Wash walls, windows, door panels
• Sweep, wax, and polish floors
• Clean vacant suites
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned.
