About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a large private residence at Anthem Country Club in Henderson, NV. The home requires consistent upkeep on a regular schedule, with increased hours when the family is visiting.
Schedule
- 3 days per week during regular maintenance periods
- 4–5 days per week when the family is in residence
- Family visits approximately 4–6 times per year, with occasional extended stays of 3–4 weeks
Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of all interior spaces – floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Keeping the home dust-free and presentation-ready at all times
- Making beds and refreshing linens daily when the family is in residence
- Laundry – washing, drying, folding, and putting away
- Watering indoor and outdoor plants as needed
- General home maintenance tasks and light errands as requested
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle, the property is not accessible by public transportation
- Physical stamina to manage a large home this is an active, hands-on role
- Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of privacy
- Experience cleaning large or luxury homes preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- References required
Nice to Have
- Experience working in private estates or country club communities
- Familiarity with high-end finishes and proper care of luxury materials
