What You'll Do:

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while maintaining resident's privacy.
  • Sweep and clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies.
  • Dust furniture in common areas and resident rooms.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport to disposal area.
  • Assist Maintenance Director in getting all apartments to rent ready status before resident move ins.
  • Maintain resident rights to the best of your ability.
  • Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs required by employer.

General Working Conditions:

Housekeepers report directly to the Independent Living and Executive Director. While working an 8-hour shift, our housekeepers spend a lot of time on their feet. Shifts times vary but are expected to take place Monday-Friday.
