Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you'll be the heart of our guest experience-bringing comfort, care, and attention to detail to every room and common area you touch. As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and resort units to meet hotel-quality housekeeping and hospitality standards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and all guest room surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and recycling from guest rooms and common areas.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and guest laundry facilities.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform other housekeeping and resort operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with good judgment
• Comfortable interacting with both guests and team members
• Basic math and inventory skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License (may be required at some resorts)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to frequently lift/move 10-25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
