Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, mop all floors, surfaces, fixtures, and windows.
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Waste Management: Empty all waste bins and replace liners. Ensure all shredded items are properly discarded.
Supply Management: Monitor and replenishing cleaning materials and essential supplies (e.g., hand sanitizers, paper goods).
Area Presentation: Ensure communal areas, offices, and workstations are neat, welcoming, and presentable.
Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
Reporting: Alert management to maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards. Maintain confidentiality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not supervise employees.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial role is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate in person, through email or via telephone with tenants and staff members. Ability to sit or stand for an extended period.
