Housekeeper
An experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper is sought to support the care and upkeep of a luxury private residence located in Aspen, Colorado. Working under the direction of the House Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining the property to the highest household standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and comfortable working within a professional household team. Strong housekeeping and laundry skills are essential, along with the ability to adjust to evening, weekend, or holiday schedules when needed.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Daily and Deep Cleaning: Maintain a large private residence to exceptional standards, including cleaning floors, carpets, windows, bedding, upholstery, and surfaces throughout the home.
• 
  Care of Fine Materials: Properly clean and polish specialty surfaces and delicate items such as artwork, antiques, and luxury décor, including metals such as silver, brass, bronze, and gold, as well as crystal.
• 
  Laundry Management: Handle laundering of fine linens and delicate garments, including washing, pressing, ironing, folding, starching, and proper storage.
• 
  Home Organization: Keep closets, cabinets, and storage spaces organized and orderly while proactively maintaining overall household tidiness.
• 
  Guest Readiness: Ensure guest suites and common areas remain immaculate and ready for visitors at all times. Provide evening turndown service when guests are present.
• 
  Team Coordination: Work closely with other household staff following established procedures, checklists, and schedules. Report any maintenance concerns or potential damage observed within the residence.
• 
  Event Support: Assist with preparation and cleanup for gatherings or events held at the property when required.

Required Qualifications

• 
  Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in professional housekeeping with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with proper care of luxury materials, delicate textiles, and high-end furnishings is required. Experience working in private households is strongly preferred.
• 
  Professional Conduct: Maintains a polished, respectful, and discreet demeanor at all times. Ability to handle confidential matters and valuable property responsibly. A clean, professional appearance and strong personal hygiene are expected.
• 
  Core Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond quickly to changing needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  Team Environment: Comfortable working within a structured household team where collaboration and shared responsibilities are important.
• 
  Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on household needs.
• 
  Screening Requirements: Must successfully complete a background check, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the United States.
• 
  Language Skills: Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  Hourly Pay: $30–$35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime opportunities may be available.
