About Our Family:
We are a busy, tech-savvy family with two daughters (ages 12 and 8), a live-in grandparent, and a playful 10-week-old mini Australian Labradoodle puppy. Both parents work in the tech industry, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-home and in-office work. We value organization and flexibility in managing our family's schedule, as both parents juggle busy work schedules and regular monthly travel. Our daughters are active and involved in a variety of activities, including soccer, tutoring, piano lessons, and math classes, which keep our family on the go. Despite our busy lives, we are committed to spending more quality time together during our downtime. We want to ensure that we can focus on family moments, whether that's supporting our girls in their activities or enjoying time with our new puppy, without being overwhelmed by the daily household responsibilities. We are a vegetarian household, with a mix of Indian and non-Indian meals prepared at home. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our household, helping us maintain a calm and organized home environment while allowing us to enjoy more quality time with each other.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For:
You are a proactive, Type A individual who can anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. With strong verbal and written communication skills in English, you express yourself clearly and ensure that everyone in the household stays aligned. Your high emotional intelligence (EQ) allows you to navigate a multi-generational household with ease, balancing the unique needs of each family member. You maintain a calm and grounded demeanor to help manage the family's energetic pace, and you're adaptable, able to handle schedule changes and keep everything running smoothly. You're comfortable guiding tween children, setting healthy boundaries, and maintaining positive, supportive relationships.
You think critically, solve problems, and make decisions independently, always taking initiative without requiring constant direction. Self-directed and capable of working independently, you proactively identify tasks that need to be done before they are even mentioned. You communicate clearly with all family members and manage logistics effectively, ensuring that schedules, meals, and errands are coordinated seamlessly. You enjoy contributing to the family's well-being by anticipating their needs and maintaining a calm, organized home environment.
